Hi,we bought a Lexus the process was quick and easy,after taking the car away we found a fault with the egr valve we connected G@M and they passed us on to the warranty company who said that this was wear & tear and was not covered by the warranty. Okay we thought and paid for the repair,G&M phoned us after we had the work done to see if we’d had the problem fixed,yes we told him but the warranty company would not cover it,to which he replied I’ll phone them and tell them to split the repair cost.we were very surprised but also grateful to G&M we would have no trouble recommending this company to anyone buying a car from them they really looked after us and you can see why so many people recommend them. We visited to purchase my first car after just passing my test, we had a few issues with the car to begin with which were resolved in a very small time frame with very little inconvenience, we returned to collect the car to find it running so much better. So glad we chose GM Car sales they’ve been so helpful with getting the car fixed and even put in fuel due to our inconvenience, would definitely recommend to family and friends after such amazing customer service, nothing was too much of an issue.
